BASE SALARY RANGE: £34,000 - £52,000 (Pounds Annually, not including bonuses (company target of 12%) and benefits. The salary range will vary based on experience and cost of living.)

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
Patch My PC is looking for an Account Executive who will work 8 AM - 5 PM Local Time, Monday through Friday. This position is fully-remote, but candidates must live and be authorized to work within the UK or Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Relationship management:- Serve as the lead point of contact for all of your assigned customers
- Proactively engage with your customers to build and maintain strong relationships
- Go above and beyond to support your customers from their initial inquiry through the sales pipeline
Customer service:- Respond to general queries via email, chat, and phone
- Problem solving and non-technical issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to create great customer experiences
Administration- Prepare and send quotes and invoices
- Send license information and record welcome videos
- Manage customer data within the CRM
Teamwork- Share feedback and ideas to improve our ways of working
- Support and collaborate with your team mates
REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales, customer success, account management, or client services role
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid experience with a CRM
- A growth mindset with a demonstrable bias for action
- Proven ability to juggle multiple assignments while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Empathy for customers and team members alike
- Team player
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting

EXTRA CREDIT:
- Experience in the technology sector, particularly software
- Start-up or growth stage experience
