ABOUT THIS POSITION:

Patch My PC is looking for an Account Executive who will work 8 AM - 5 PM Local Time, Monday through Friday. This position is fully-remote, but candidates must live and be authorized to work within the UK or Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Relationship management:
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all of your assigned customers
  • Proactively engage with your customers to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Go above and beyond to support your customers from their initial inquiry through the sales pipeline
Customer service:
  • Respond to general queries via email, chat, and phone
  • Problem solving and non-technical issue resolution
  • Identify opportunities to create great customer experiences
Administration
  • Prepare and send quotes and invoices
  • Send license information and record welcome videos
  • Manage customer data within the CRM
Teamwork
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve our ways of working
  • Support and collaborate with your team mates

REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales, customer success, account management, or client services role
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid experience with a CRM
  • A growth mindset with a demonstrable bias for action
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple assignments while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Empathy for customers and team members alike
  • Team player
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

EXTRA CREDIT:

  • Experience in the technology sector, particularly software
  • Start-up or growth stage experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products
