Video Producer (Contractor)
We seek an experienced Video Producer with extensive experience producing content for YouTube and all major social platforms. In this role, you will own planning, creating, and delivering engaging video content that aligns with our marketing and product strategies. As a key member of the Marketing team, you’ll develop videos that educate, inspire, and convert prospects into customers. You’ll bring our brand to life through dynamic visuals and storytelling across various platforms, developing video content designed to educate, inspire, and convert prospects into customers. This is a contract position.

Location:
This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. However, candidates must be located and authorized to work within the United States without employer sponsorship or transfer of sponsorship.

What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in video production, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects, including corporate storytelling, tutorials, and event coverage.
- Proficiency with video production equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Advanced skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Excellent storytelling, scriptwriting, and project management skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid media.
- Knowledge of video SEO and social media best practices.
Responsibilities:
Creative Development:
- Brainstorm and pitch video concepts that support marketing campaigns, product launches, customer success stories, and educational initiatives.
Pre-Production:
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, location scouting, and equipment needs.
Production:
- Use industry-standard equipment and techniques to shoot high-quality video content, including interviews, product demos, webinars, and promotional materials.
Post-Production:
- Edit videos to a professional standard, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics, using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align video content with brand messaging, buyer personas, and target audience goals.
Optimization:
- Publish and distribute videos across platforms (website, social media, YouTube, etc.) and optimize them for SEO and audience engagement.
Analytics:
- Monitor video performance metrics and use data insights to refine future content strategies.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with live streaming and webinar production.
- Knowledge of animation or 3D rendering.
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay: $52.37 - $64.93 per hour based on experience and location.
- Hours: 30-40 hours a week.
